Per­rie Hale For­est Nurs­ery have sup­plied nearly all of our trees for the last twenty-five years.  A small fam­ily run nurs­ery based in Devon, their web-site includes advice on tree mixes for dif­fer­ent sites.

Richard Irvine is a very expe­ri­enced out­door edu­ca­tion and for­est schools trainer and practitioner.

NHBS web­site offers pub­li­ca­tions and all the kit you need for view­ing or sur­vey­ing wildlife.  They deal with all aspects of nat­ural his­tory from intro­duc­tory kit for chil­dren through to seri­ous research equip­ment. You can get a wide range of bird or bat boxes, but­ter­fly nets right through to infra red trail cam­eras so you can make your own “Springwatch”.
